Enjoy an afternoon of cheese and wine tasting with our Chief Cheese Chick Shelby and AmRita Cellars (who will be here pouring their award-winning wines) and taste a variety of goat milk cheeses while learning about their history and flavors! Do you ever get hung up trying to figure out what goes with what when putting together a snack board for your event? Here is your opportunity to sit back, eat, drink, and enjoy yourself right through the snack-y process! Class begins at 1:00 p.m. Includes cheese, snacks, and wine (think "light supper"). Location will either be at the farm tables or in the Thistle Cottage (small house), depending on weather.
